LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR WEDDING SERVICES

Until recently, the concept of bridesmaids and groomsmen was not prevalent among the younger generation. However, in French culture, couples have what is known as witnesses, usually limited to two individuals, who fulfill similar roles as bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead of having a pre-ceremony bridesmaids' party, there is a serene moment shared with only the closest of friends and family.

THAT BEING SAID LET'S TALK ABOUT STYLE AND FASHION ...

Caterers typically offer a comprehensive package, encompassing cocktail canapés, a delectable 3-course meal, professional servers, tables, chairs, linens, plates, cutlery, glasses, water, tea, coffee, and bread. As an added bonus, some caterers even include one bottle of wine for every three guests to enjoy during dinner.

08. BRIDESMAIDS AND GROOMSEN

One of the most beloved French traditions comes right after the meal and before dessert: cheese. In a typical meal, cheese is on a cheese plate and served with bread. During weddings, the bride and groom have the option to serve the same cheese to all guests. There are also guidelines on how to properly cut the cheese and which wine pairs best. These customs add an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to the dining experience.

07. CATERER RULES

France is renowned not only for its gastronomy but also for its fashion sense. With an air of simplicity and effortlessness, French girls tend to exude a chic and fashionable look. Their style often revolves around basic pieces that are stylishly accessorized with specific shoes, jewelry, or bags.

In the realm of weddings, tradition holds that French brides opt for a simple white or off-white wedding dress, much like their counterparts worldwide. However, their approach is never showy; instead, they embody an understated elegance where luxurious fabrics take center stage. This refined taste extends to their hair and makeup choices, favoring a minimalist and natural look. Accessories are kept to a minimum, perfectly complementing the overall aesthetic.

06. SAY CHEESE !

In traditional French weddings, instead of a wedding cake, they have a delightful dessert known as "piece montée." It consists of custard-filled puff pastries and a delectable treat called "nougatine," made from honey and nuts. This unique combination adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the celebration.

05. CROQUEMBOUCHE AS WEDDING CAKE

In French weddings, it is uncommon to have an open bar where guests can freely order and pay for their drinks. Instead, the bride and groom decide on the drinks to be served by the caterer, and guests can enjoy them at no additional cost. However, it's worth noting that the beverage options are typically limited to wine and Champagne.

04. NO OPEN BAR

"Le vin d'honneur" is a prelude to the wedding meal, where guests gather for a delightful aperitif. Served alongside a selection of refreshments including wine, Champagne, juices, and delectable finger foods, this enjoyable moment usually spans a minimum of two hours.

03. COCKTAIL HOUR

02. WEDDING GIFTS

During the reception you have a box in which you can slide car and check as wedding gift. Now, it is significantly more prevalent than a typical registry list.

Wedding invitations are typically sent out a year in advance. RSVPs are not required, and guests can be invited solely to the cocktail or brunch rather than the entire wedding. Including an additional card will allow you to keep track of each guest's attendance preferences accurately.
